Our Terms and Conditions are applicable to the items sold by Shawn Box, the provision of items as per your orders via our website. When agreeing to order our items via the website, you are automatically subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.
The Terms and Conditions of Use mainly constitute this material (hereinafter referred to as “Terms of Use”). The Terms of Use may be partly changed, amended or edited out at our discretion, and if you continue to use the website after such changes are made, you are deemed to have accepted the Terms of Use as amended. Therefore, whenever using this website, you are recommended to review the Terms of Use to ensure that you have been updated with the most accurate and complete information.
1. Validity
These Terms of Use are applicable to all orders and contracts which have been or will be executed between you and us in connection with the sale, purchase and provision of items of Shawn Box.
When you send an order and provide us with your information for delivery or receipt of goods, you will not be deemed to have officially accepted these Terms of Use until your order is approved by our sending a notification of confirmation to your registered address. No Terms of Use described herein shall affect your legitimate rights as you purchase our items (including the right to request us to supply goods matching their descriptions, fitting their purpose of use and being of acceptable quality).
These Terms of Use shall be considered as the sole condition precedents when you purchase items at Shawn Box. We will not accept any condition, proposal or regulation in any form and at any time, whether it is sent via email, by discussion on telephone, or meeting in person.
No provision nor change other than these Terms of Use will be binding upon us, unless we approve it in writing and make confirmation thereof.
2. Contract
You are requested to make full payment at the time of your order by transferring payment to local Baiduri account, cash or any other means which deem fit as requested in order that we may process your order. Nevertheless, in any circumstances, we shall not entertain the order until the full amount has been clearers in our account.
We may reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to the fact that the item is not available in stock or is no longer supplied by the manufacturer. In case the item is not available for supply, we will keep you informed and propose to supply you another item with your agreement.
To the best of our ability and efforts, we will endeavor to make sure that the price offered to you is true and correct.
3. Delivery
We will deliver items to the address as requested in your order.
The delivery date will be various from 01 (one) to 05 (five) days subject to your selection at checkout on the website.
If there is any delay in delivery, we will keep you advised accordingly. Nevertheless, we will not be responsible for any losses, liabilities, expenses, damages or charges arising out of or in connection with such delay.
Please be noted that there are several addresses where we cannot deliver the items to you. In this case, you will be informed accordingly and we will arrange to cancel the order or deliver the item to another address.
The items will be packed in standard packaging form in line with transport requirement. If the item is packed in other form at your request, you will be liability with the extra charges for such packaging.
After the item is delivered, we will no longer be responsible for any risk, loss or damage in connection with such item. Therefore, you should be extremely careful upon receipt of the item and read through the instructions before using the item in order to prevent any damage or unintentional use of a sharp-pointed object to open the item, likely causing product deformation.
You must ensure that you are always available to receive the item without any delay and at any reasonable time we may suggest.
4. Dealing with defective products
We hereby guarantee that:
The item will be delivered intact and with the exact quantity as ordered; and
The item will be in accordance with the latest instructions of the manufacturer described in the page or inscribed on the item at the time of your order.
To the best of our efforts, we will endeavour to deliver the item in the best condition.
To assist you in dealing with the defective item, we will seek your full cooperation. You will be required to provide us with the information on item, including:
A. Every item is thoroughly checked before it’s posted but if, in the unlikely instance, you do receive faulty items please contact us within 48 hours from signing for receipt of your delivery letting us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
B. We recommend you inspect your items as soon as they arrive. It is important when returning items that you obtain a proof of postage as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
C. If you return a defective item to us, we will examine the returned items and will notify you of your exchange via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.
