No return or exchange is allowed after purchase is made.

Returns procedure only applicable for damaged items:

  1. Every item is thoroughly checked before it’s posted but if, in the unlikely instance, you do receive faulty items please contact us within 48 hours from signing for receipt of your delivery letting us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
  2. We recommend you inspect your items as soon as they arrive. It is important when returning items that you obtain a proof of postage as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
  3. If you return a defective item to us, we will examine the returned items and will notify you of your exchange via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.

SHIPPING TIMELINE

Shawn.Box orders are usually processed and shipped within an estimated 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays, or Brunei holidays.
Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays, new product launches and sales.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

STANDARD DELIVERY for a flat rate of $8.

PRIORITY NEXT DAY DELIVERY for a flat rate of $15.

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY on all domestic orders over $150.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently we do not have international shipping directly from online shopping. But do give us an email or WhatsApp and we may be able to arrange something for you.

We accept Direct Bank Transfers (online banking) and Paypal for payments.

For Direct Bank transfers, the bank details will be shared upon checking out of the cart.
